Big game tonight and a must win. I'll be in the Blue Lot smoking at the tailgate. To all, enjoy the game and smoke a good one.

Well, another season is upon us. Been smoking some great cigars this year. Some new releases and some old favorites. Who is hotter then Pete Johnson? No one! He and Pepin Garcia are making some fantastic cigars. Got a new box of Graycliff G2's last month. Never tried them before and figure tonights MNF would be a good time to try one. Herf on Bros.

Haven't posted in awhile. Been burning through a myriad selection of cigars while tailgating this year. CAO, Camacho, Perdomo, Torano, Dunhill, Partaga, Montecristo, etc. Some forbidden fruits, too. I burned a Lucitania, I've been saving, after the Titan game. With about 3 yrs of age on it, it was coming into its prime. Had a friend stop by with some Partagas series D's one game, aways welcome, and had a Ramon Allones after the Mon night game. Hope you all have been smoking as good or better this year Feel free to pipe in here and tell us what you are smoking next year. OOOOSMOKE RINGSOOOOOO

What a dimal start to the season, huh! Last Sunday's tailgate had me starting out with a Perdomo ESV91. Oh so smooth and rich for the a.m. Delish! Of course, after the Colts debacle, instead of the Mac 40th churchhil victory cigar I ended up with a dogrocket. A first time smoking a Santa Dominicana. Bland and tasteless. A fitting smoke to end the disasterous day. This Sunday I think I'll start off with the Mac 40. Got to hedge a little and smoke the good stuff early. For the win I'll go with a CAO Vision robbie. If we lose again, I don't even want to think about it. Smoke and enjoy! GO TEXANS!!!

Tampa Bay game was what it was. The last pre-season snore-fest. The tailgating was better along with some good cigars. Smoked a Camacho SLR Maduro, always a good "goto" cigar especially if you like that smooth leathery profile of the corojo wrapper. I then lit up a Perdomo La Tradition Maduro, always rich and good. After that rousing game in the stadium I burned a Gurkha "Shaggy" Maduro to end the evening. My first time smoking this cigar. It was another wonderfully smooth smoke, a bit on the light sid,e but good. Smoke and enjoy, brothers

I smoked a Macanudo 40th Anni after the game Sat. Wow! That was a good smoke. It built to a full med body with plenty of coffee and chocholate flavors. Delish! I was never much of a Mac fan. I think their cigars are a bit bland for the coin but they hit a homerun with this new blend.

Had a Alec Bradley Tempus robusto the other day. Yum! I've been meaning to try one after seeing some of the ratings the line has received, 90 avg for the whole line-up in C.I. I found this partiuclar robbie, called a Terra Nova, for under $6 at my local store. At this price it was definately a good smoke. If you are looking for a full bodied smoke with some complexity, plenty of toasty woods and coffee notes with a touch of spice near the finish, give it a try.

I smoked a Fuente Hemi Classic followed by a Perdomo Cuban Cafe(Sun Grown) torp. Haven't had a Hemi in a long time but I was gifted one. Although it was a nice smoke I enjoyed the Perdomo a whole lot more. To me, when you match prices I would say the Perdomo is a no-brainer. The Fuente starts nice but finishes a little flat IMO.

What's your favorite victory cigar? I like to savor a nice premium stick after a good Texans' win. Like the 3 yr old La Aurora Preferido's Gold I'm smoking in the pic on my homepage. Hopefully this year there will be alot more victory cigars then dogrockets like in the past.
