The Battle Red Day MNF victory over the Jaguars was a lot of fun.  In less fun news, but more important, the Houston Texans are hosting their blood drive this week. 

The holiday season tends to result in shortages of blood products because people are so busy.  Unfortunately, illness and injury knows no vacation.

We see heroes on the TV doing good things for strangers and like to think we could do the same thing.  But we as ordinary average people can literally save lives by donating blood.
